Couples Counselling
Couples counselling focuses on helping couples resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their relationship. It provides a safe and structured environment where couples can explore issues, learn new ways of relating to each other, and work towards mutual goals. The therapist facilitates constructive conversations, helps identify unhealthy patterns, and teaches effective communication and problem-solving skills. The process is to foster understanding, promote emotional intimacy, and support couples in building a healthier and more fulfilling relationship together.
Mental Health Case Management
Case management in mental health refers to a holistic and coordinated approach to providing support and services to individuals with mental health needs. Case management aims to ensure that individuals receive the appropriate care, resources, and support to maintain their mental well-being and improve their quality of life.
A Mental Health Case Manager offers coordinating care across multiple providers, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurses, clinical counsellors and social workers. Case managers monitor and provide guidance to clients throughout the course of treatment.
Family Counselling
Family counselling focuses on improving communication and resolving conflicts within families. It is a team effort and involves working with the entire family unit to address issues that affect the family dynamic and individual family members. This can be helpful to strengthen relationships, improve problem-solving skills, enhance understanding and empathy among family members, and fostering a supportive and nurturing family environment.
In-Person
In-person counselling offers individuals the benefits of face-to-face interaction with a trained counsellor in a safe and confidential environment, allowing for personalized and effective treatment of mental health concerns.
