Clinical Supervision & Consultation Services for Professionals

As helping professionals, we hold space for others every day. Supervision offers you a space for reflection, support, and ongoing growth—both clinically and personally.

Why Supervision Matters

Clinical supervision is not just about meeting professional requirements—it's a rich, dynamic process that supports ethical, competent, and sustainable practice. Supervision can help you:

  • Deepen your clinical formulation and assessment skills

  • Explore countertransference and emotional responses

  • Integrate theory into practice across modalities

  • Prevent burnout and enhance self-reflection

  • Navigate complex client presentations or systemic challenges

  • Feel grounded and supported in your professional identity

Approach to Clinical Supervision

Bahareh’s supervision approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in relational safety. I don’t see myself as your superior, but as a fellow clinician walking alongside you. I believe supervision should be a space of mutual learning, curiosity, and reflection — where questions are welcomed and clinical growth is co-created.

She holds space with humility, acknowledging that we are continuously learning. Together, we explore clinical themes, ethical questions, emotional responses (including countertransference), and the realities of working within complex systems.

The framework integrates:

  • Relational and reflective supervision that honors your lived experience and inner process

  • Trauma- and attachment-informed lenses, especially when working with high-risk or complex clients

  • Cultural humility and anti-oppressive practice, recognizing the influence of identity, power, and systemic factors

  • Modalities including EMDR, IFS, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy

  • A strengths-based lens that highlights clinical intuition and resilience
